関節リウマチに対する生物学的製剤治療効果についての組織学的な研究
生物学的製剤は関節リウマチの疾患活動性抑制に効果的な薬剤であり、関節破壊を抑制することが報告されています。生物学的製剤が関節内の各組織にどのような影響を及ぼすのか、炎症やサイトカイン発現等について病理組織学的な観点から検討しています。
関節リウマチの新しい治療法に関する研究
関節リウマチは異常な免疫反応によって引き起こされる疾患ですが、未だその病態は十分にわかっておりません。我々は当大学の分子薬理神経生物学と共同研究を行い、関節リウマチにおけるセマフォリン３Aという蛋白質の関与を解析し、病態解析をめざしております。
将来的にはセマフォリン３Aを用いた新しい治療法の開発を目標とし、研究を進めています。
